Burrito "Metepec" - 2 tbs Nuevo Progreso Fajita Seasoning,400 g of beef cut to 1,5” steaks, 4-5 Nuevo Progreso Flour Tortillas, 1 big Onion (cut in rings), 1- red pepper / 1- yellow pepper /1- green pepper (cut in rings), 150g of Nuevo Progreso Guacamole Fresca (recipe found on Nuevo Progreso Comino), 200 ml Salsa Mexicana, 200ml Sour Cream, 1 Lime Preparation: Season meat with Taco Seasoning and bake in oven until done. After shred with hand when cool enough to touch. Warm up tortillas and add beans (warmed), lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, cheese and salsa. Now fold and wrap burrito. Pour a bit of salsa Ranchera on a plate and cut burrito in half and serve on plate with sour cream on the side. |
