Tacos Carnitas - 2 teaspoons Nuevo Progreso Taco Seasoning, 400g pork shredded, 4-5 Nuevo Progreso Fresh Flour Tortillas, 2 tablespoons vegtable oil, 4 small tomatoes, 200ml sour cream, 100ml water, Nacho Jalapenos La Costena, 1 lime

Preparation: In a pot with one table spoon of oil, sear Pork at high heat on all sides. Add water and cover with top then bake in oven for 40 minutes at 200°C. Let meat cool enough so not to burn your hands then shred by pulling the meat into strips. Now add shredded meat to pan with oil and add taco seasoning and mix. Fry at low heat while mixing (15 minutes) so that the meat is crispy on the outside but still soft on the inside. Now meat to warm fresh flour tortillas, then squeeze lime juice generously on meat and serve with tomatoes, jalapenos and sour cream.
